A new kitchen, laundry, master bath, and closets.

His Desire

A new garage and proper library for his home office and book collection.

Our Solution

Expanded kitchen and breakfast toward the back of the property to provide more natural light and views of the garden patio.

Laundry relocated from basement to main level pantry off of the kitchen, providing easier access.

Second floor guest bedroom converted to library by addition of wall-to-wall bookshelves.

Bookshelves added to upstairs hall with same deep colored high gloss paint finish of library, extending its capacity and perceived volume through connecting glass doors.

Large shed dormer and gabled roof space above new kitchen converted into new guest bedroom with dedicated bath.

Custom built-in daybed with integral side tables and extra storage added to guest bedroom.

Built out new front shed dormer to provide a cozy sitting room and extra privacy to the master bedroom.

Added new master closets using space from the new front gable and existing gable.

Master bathroom updated and reworked for more space.

Highly custom cabinetry and millwork crafted for an integral paneled look.
